Welcome to Wealthyffect. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.wealthyffect.com, including its content, store, educational materials, digital products, newsletters, trade journals, links, and related services.
In these Terms, “Wealthyffect,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Wealthyffect LLC. “You” and “your” refer to each visitor, customer, subscriber, or user of the website.
By accessing the website, purchasing a product, subscribing to content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase, create a paid account, or enter into a paid subscription through Wealthyffect.
Certain Wealthyffect products, educational materials, and content are designed for or may be used by children, young adults, students, families, and classrooms. A child or minor may use age-appropriate Wealthyffect products and educational materials, but any purchase, paid subscription, or other transaction must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, educator, school, organization, or other adult authorized to make the purchase.
Additional requirements may apply to interactive or digital services intended for children or that collect personal information from children.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
Wealthyffect provides financial education, general market commentary, personal perspectives, trade journals, informational resources, and educational products.
All information is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the website or through Wealthyffect’s newsletter, social-media accounts, products, trade journals, downloads, or communications constitutes:
• Personalized financial or investment advice
• Trading instructions or real-time trade alerts
• Tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice
• An offer or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security, cryptocurrency, option, or other financial asset
• A promise or guarantee of any particular financial result
• The creation of an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, or professional-client relationship
You are responsible for evaluating information independently and consulting appropriately qualified professionals before making financial, investment, tax, legal, or business decisions.
3. INVESTING AND TRADING RISK
Investing, cryptocurrency activity, and options trading involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you commit.
Examples, market observations, watchlists, trade recaps, journal entries, performance figures, or personal experiences shared by Wealthyffect are provided for educational context only. They are not recommendations that you enter the same transaction or expect the same result.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. No trading method, educational product, journal, strategy, or resource can guarantee profitability or prevent loss.
Trade journals may describe personal trading activity after it has occurred. Positions, prices, conditions, and opinions may change without notice. Wealthyffect is not obligated to provide real-time updates or disclose every transaction.
You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions, risk management, account security, and compliance with any rules that apply to you.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We aim to provide thoughtful and useful information, but financial markets, laws, regulations, company information, product availability, prices, and third-party resources can change quickly.
We do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may correct, revise, remove, or update content at any time without prior notice.
You should independently verify time-sensitive information before relying on it.
5. WEBSITE USE
You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we provide written permission for another use.

• Circumvent a subscription, paywall, download restriction, or access control
• Share paid content with individuals who have not purchased or subscribed to it
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
6. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Wealthyffect may offer physical products, digital products, educational materials, subscriptions, downloads, and other items.
Products may include flashcards, apparel, accessories, journals, planners, learning resources, digital content, or other branded merchandise.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, revise specifications, or cancel an order when necessary.
Product images are intended to represent items as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colors, finishes, scale, packaging, and other details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or product updates.
7. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except when correction is legally permitted for an obvious pricing or listing error.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, contact, and payment information.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available through Wix, Substack, or another identified checkout platform. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees may be added during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, inventory issues, policy violations, or prohibited resale activity. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.
An order is accepted when we confirm fulfillment, provide access to a digital product, or otherwise begin delivering the purchased product or service.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting payment. Contact Wealthyffect@gmail.com promptly if you notice an error.
9. PREORDERS
Certain products may be offered for preorder before manufacturing or inventory is complete.
Any production, release, or shipping date shown for a preorder is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occur because of manufacturing, transportation, quality-control, supply-chain, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we may provide an updated estimate or available options. Any special cancellation or refund terms displayed on the preorder product page will apply to that purchase.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, destinations, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates. Wealthyffect is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect delivery information, service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact Wealthyffect@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible so we can review the order and available carrier options.
11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Unless a product page states otherwise, you may request a return of an eligible physical product within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, components, and proof of purchase.
Before sending an item back, email Wealthyffect@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are generally responsible for return-shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with photographs and relevant order information. When the claim is confirmed, Wealthyffect will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other legally required remedy.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
The following are generally not returnable unless defective or required by law:
• Digital products or downloaded content
• Products marked final sale
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products otherwise identified as non-returnable before purchase
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
12. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND EDUCATIONAL LICENSING
One-Time Digital Purchases
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, a Wealthyffect digital product purchased for a one-time price is yours to keep and use on an ongoing basis. Your purchase does not expire merely because time has passed and does not require a recurring payment to continue using the version of the digital product you purchased.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of Wealthyffect's underlying copyrights, trademarks, designs, educational content, artwork, branding, or other intellectual property. Wealthyffect retains all intellectual property rights in its digital products.
Educational and Usage Licenses
The license associated with a digital product determines who may use the purchased product and the permitted scope of that use, rather than how long the purchaser may keep the product, unless the applicable product page expressly states otherwise.
Available license types may include Individual, Family, Single Classroom, Multi-Classroom, School / Site, Organization, and Enterprise licenses. The specific rights, authorized users, classrooms, locations, or other usage limits associated with each license will be identified on the applicable product page or license description.
Purchasing an Individual or Family license does not create a classroom, school-wide, organization-wide, enterprise, or commercial license. Purchasing a Single Classroom license does not authorize use by additional educators or classrooms unless expressly permitted by that license.
Unless expressly permitted by the license purchased, you may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit, or make the original Wealthyffect digital product available to individuals or entities outside the scope of your purchased license. Digital products may not be uploaded to shared drives, learning management systems, repositories, websites, or other platforms in a manner that provides access to unlicensed users.
Subscriptions and Access-Based Digital Products
Certain Wealthyffect memberships, digital libraries, interactive services, subscriptions, or other digital offerings may be provided on an access-based or recurring-payment basis rather than as a one-time purchase. When an offering is subscription-based, time-limited, or otherwise dependent on continued payment, that distinction and the applicable access period will be identified on the product or subscription page.
Access to subscription-based products may end when the applicable subscription or access period expires or is canceled, subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Digital Product Refunds
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases of digital products are generally final and non-refundable after the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available to the purchaser, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page.
13. NEWSLETTER AND PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Wealthyffect newsletter and paid trade-journal content may be hosted and delivered through Substack.
Free and paid subscriptions may be subject to Substack’s terms, privacy policy, payment processes, cancellation procedures, and refund practices. Subscription prices and included benefits will be displayed through the applicable subscription page.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing frequency selected at signup. You are responsible for canceling through your Substack account before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to continue.
Unless otherwise required by law or provided under Substack’s then-current refund policy, canceling generally stops future renewals and does not automatically produce a prorated refund for the current billing period. Paid access may remain available through the end of the period already purchased.
Paid newsletter articles, trade journals, downloads, and subscriber-only materials are for the subscriber’s personal use and may not be redistributed or republished.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Wealthyffect and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials may include:
• The Wealthyffect name, logo, monogram, motto, and brand elements
• Website copy, photographs, graphics, illustrations, and videos
• Newsletter articles and trade journals
• Educational materials, flashcards, worksheets, planners, and downloads
• Product designs, artwork, packaging, and creative concepts
• Social-media content and other original publications
No purchase, subscription, download, or website visit transfers ownership of Wealthyffect intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, alter, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from protected materials without prior written permission, except where limited use is expressly authorized or permitted by law.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND RESOURCES
The website may link to third-party websites or services, including government databases, educational resources, brokerages, market-data platforms, payment services, social-media platforms, and Substack.
These links may be provided for convenience or educational reference. Wealthyffect does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, services, privacy practices, fees, or decisions.
The presence of a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing the terms, risks, and privacy practices of any third-party service before using it.
16. AFFILIATE LINKS AND SPONSORED CONTENT
Wealthyffect may occasionally use affiliate links, sponsorships, partnerships, or other compensated relationships.
When applicable, we will provide an appropriate disclosure. A commission or partnership does not change the price you pay unless expressly stated.
You remain responsible for evaluating whether a third-party product or service is appropriate for you.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, products, and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Wealthyffect does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, particular financial results, or that every defect will be corrected immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, consumer protection, or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealthyffect and its owner, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
• Your use of or inability to use the website
• Reliance on educational, financial, market, or trading content
• Investment or trading decisions
• Lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data
• Third-party websites, products, or services
• Unauthorized access, service interruptions, or technical problems
• Delayed, damaged, or unavailable products when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealthyffect’s total liability for a claim involving a purchased product or paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Wealthyffect for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
19. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Wealthyffect Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
20. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE OR TERMS
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a website feature, product, service, or category when reasonably necessary.
We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
21. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the website, paid content, or services if you violate these Terms, misuse Wealthyffect intellectual property, engage in fraud, disrupt the website, or threaten the safety or rights of others.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, or other provisions that reasonably should survive termination.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Wealthyffect will be handled by the local or federal courts located in the District of Columbia.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Wealthyffect@gmail.com and make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, product-specific terms, and any policies presented during checkout constitute the applicable agreement between you and Wealthyffect regarding your use of the website and purchases.
If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will control for that product.
